The S300SX-E is now available in 8 versions:
S361SX-E 61.44mm Comp, 76mm Turbine 400-700 hp "8376"
S363SX-E 62.99mm Comp, 80mm Turbine 450-750 hp "8780"
S364SX-E 64.47mm Comp, 76mm Turbine 400-825 hp "8776"
S364SX-E 64.47mm Comp, 80mm Turbine 450-850 hp "8780"
S366SX-E 66.11mm Comp, 80mm Turbine 500-875 hp "9180"
S369SX-E 69.00mm Comp, 80mm Turbine 600-1100 hp "9180"
S372SX-E 72.00mm Comp, 80mm Turbine 600-1225 hp "9180"
Those units with larger turbines are for larger cylinder volumes.
You can generally say over 2.8L or V8 so choose the big one.
Bigger = more power, worse spool.
Note that e.g. 66mm 69mm and 72mm are all called "9180"
This is because the exducer is 91mm and 80mm just like on the EFR9180, but the largest EFR is only 68mm.
The 69mm and 72mm SX-E cannot be compared to the EFR 9180 thanks to their higher efficiency,
SX-E are real monsters in their relatively small package!

Using the latest generation of aerodynamics, EFR-Billet compressor wheels and upgraded 360 bearings, BorgWarner's new "SX-Enhanced" turbos now redefine the standard of performance, durability and value for modern turbochargers.
These units have the traditional Airwerks 76 or 80mm Inconel turbine from the 300SX series together with the new compressor cover and compressor wheel from EFR.
The S300SX-E has smaller overall dimensions than the equivalent EFR but higher airflows and efficiency, though not quite as fast in transients as ball bearing big brother EFR.
However, in our opinion, the SX-E is the best of both worlds, durable, efficient, fast but at the same time incredibly affordable.
