Ordering

When you confirm your purchase at checkout, a purchase agreement is made. An automated order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.

Payment

We recommend using Swish for fast and smooth payment. Payment can be made via:

• Swish
• Klarna Checkout
• Nets Easy card payment or installments
• Invoice for businesses
• Paypal for customers outside Sweden

Payment must be received by us within 14 days. Products remain the property of Engdahl Motorsport until fully paid.

Prices

All prices include VAT. VAT is specified on your order confirmation. We reserve the right for incorrect pricing and printing errors.

Delivery

Your item is delivered according to the shipping method you selected at checkout. All shipping costs and any cash-on-delivery fees are visible at checkout. All deliveries are made via Posten/Postnord to the nearest service point or your mailbox.

We disclaim compensation for delays caused by our courier or other circumstances beyond our control. It is the buyer's responsibility to collect packages delivered to a service point in time. Unclaimed packages are charged up to 300 SEK depending on our costs, plus additional shipping fees if we need to resend them.

Delivery Time

You will normally receive your shipment within 1-3 working days depending on the payment method. Alternatively, 3-7 days if the product is out of stock, but it may be drop-shipped from one of our suppliers if possible to minimize your waiting time. The delivery time for special-order items is specified under the article.

Right of Withdrawal

If you regret your purchase within 14 days, you are entitled to exchange the item or receive a refund within 30 days after we have received the returned item. This applies only if the product is returned in substantially unchanged condition. If the item has been used or otherwise altered from its original condition, the right of withdrawal is void.

According to swedish law you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days without providing any reason, provided the product is returned to us in substantially unchanged and undamaged condition. The 14-day period starts on the day you receive the product. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may only use the product to the extent necessary to determine whether you are satisfied with it—typically one use. Of course, you may open the packaging if needed to inspect the product.

Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to special-order items, our PnP harnesses, PnP kits, control boxes, custom harnesses, or ignition cables made to order.

Complaint Policy

According to Swedish law, you as a consumer have the right to file a complaint about a product within three years of the purchase date. The complaint right applies to original defects, meaning faults that existed at the time of purchase, even if they become apparent later.

If you discover a fault, please contact us as soon as possible. The item must then be returned to us for inspection. You are responsible for ensuring the item reaches us, so we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

If the issue is found to fall within the scope of the complaint right, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.

Privacy and Data Protection

We care about your privacy and, of course, comply with GDPR. Your personal data is used solely to process your order and send relevant information. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.

Shipping and Return Policy

You can return items within 14 days if they are in unchanged condition. For returns, you as the customer bear the shipping cost. The item must be returned in its original packaging. If the product is a special order, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays, failed, or lost deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, wars, or pandemics.
