Injector - Spreads service and wash

We perform flow tests and cleaning of injectors for port injection for gasoline engines. NOTE! We can only run electric low pressure injectors, similar to those in the picture. Do not send in, or call us regarding GDI or Diesel injectors, these can not be renovated or washed. Regular flow test performed at 3 bar pressure on gasoline. 3 tests are done to ensure that the injectors flow evenly. We do not do "dynamic tests" as others call it where they give an arbitrary average figure. We usually do three tests; Test 1, 1000rpm, 2ms opening time. Test 2, 4000 rpm 25ms opening time. This corresponds to 95% duty and max flow Test 3, 7000rpm, 15ms 90% duty We can also perform more advanced tests such as dead time vs battery voltage and dead time vs fuel pressure. If the spreaders are not within 5% on all tests, we can offer ultrasonic cleaning and then an additional test. about half of the spreaders we make can be saved. However, if they have been lying for a long time with E85 in them, the odds are bad that they can be saved. If your spreaders cannot be saved, we give a 10% discount on new ones. The price is per spreader and includes new O-rings and filters if they are available / needed. When ordering online, you will receive an email with where to send them.
